The YRTM turntable bearing is equipped with a steel grating scale on its upper surface, forming a cylindrical roller BRT combination bearing capable of providing bidirectional thrust. This design enables continuous real-time monitoring and precise, meticulous adjustments, thereby enhancing the rotational accuracy of the bidirectional thrust cylindrical roller combination bearing while ensuring the long-term high precision operation of the machinery it powers. In the machine tool industry, there is often a strong demand for highly accurate control of the rotation angles of machined parts. As a result, angular displacement measurement must be extremely precise and carefully controlled. Consequently, angular displacement measurement using the YRTM turntable bearing plays a critically important role in modern industrial applications.
Currently, commonly used measurement methods include grating encoders and magnetic grating encoders. However, the steel-grating measurement system we employ boasts several advantages: high precision, strong resistance to contamination, immunity to electromagnetic interference, and excellent environmental adaptability. Moreover, since this system is mounted on the bearing of a BRT rotary table, it offers exceptionally high rotational accuracy and can withstand various types of loads—including axial, radial, and tilting loads.
